APEX SELF DEFENSE RETURN POLICY


NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Apex Self Defense has a 30-day refund and return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our products you can return it for a refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. (Shipping is not refundable). Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  After 30-days, merchandise may be returned for a store credit, but no refund.
After 60 days, there will be no returns allowed. There will be a 20% restocking fee on most returned merchandise. Otherwise there will be a $5.00 fee for processing.

Our return policy does not apply to the following special order items;
* Wireless Nanny Cams
* Wired Hidden Camera
* Digital Spy Camera
* Digital Phone Recorder
* Voice Changer
* Home Security Systems
* Voice Alert Systems
* DVD'S
There are no returns whatsoever on the above mentioned items, unless due to defects, damaged items or item shipped in error. If damaged, these items will be replaced, however we cannot offer a refund on these special order items.  

Your refund will not include the shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on non-defective items. To return an item, email us at: returns@apexselfdefense.com to receive return instructions. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number for the return, as well as any additional instructions. When e-mailing us please provide us with an order or invoice number (found near the top of your receipt). Please do not return any item until Apex Self Defense has authorized you to do so, and has given you a RMA number.  You will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item. The item must be returned in the condition it was received and in its original packaging. This will insure prompt credit to your account.


ITEMS DAMAGED OR SHIPPED IN ERROR
If any product is damaged or shipped to you in error please email us at returns@apexselfdefense.com to receive return instructions. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number for the return, as well as any additional instructions. When e-mailing us please provide us with an order or invoice number (found near the top of your receipt). Please do not return any item until Apex Self Defense has authorized you to do so, and has given you a RMA number. Once the return has been processed you will be sent a replacement product or given a refund for the wrong product. Apex Self Defense will pay for shipping on all damaged products or those shipped in error.

WARRANTY POLICY
Any Items that have a warranty will be stated on our website, or on the packaging of the item. Any product that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is by default warranted for 90 days. Warranty replacements will only be honored for a MANUFACTURER DEFECT ONLY. Normal wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you, and provide options for returning item back to you. Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 90 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 90 days, refunds will not be issued. We can only repair or replace the item. To return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
